A very successful Annual Educational Meeting of the South Leinster Branch of the Irish Society of Community and Public Health Medicine was held on the 15th May 2024 in Carlow.

The programme was as follows:

Programme:
9.30-10am: Registration / Tea & Coffee

10am – 11am: Muscular Dystrophy and its Presentation

11am – 12pm: Developmental Language Disorder and Differentials
Dr Fiona Ryan, Speech and Language Therapy Acting Manager in Charge, Wexford

12pm – 1pm: An Overview of the Role of NEPS in Primary Schools in Ireland
